Design 2021

When designing a new home like this, our main goal is to be able to integrate the 'want' of each owner into an architecturally and functionally sound home.

Design 2018 - Build 2020

Throughout the years , there has been major interventions to the city center that have gradually altered or erased historical characteristics. This house had such a story hidden behind it and we were invited to dig it up and revive it. Now, it is gracefully shines in the heart of our city.

Design 2017

Although the project did not proceed to the implementation stage, it was a huge challenge to meet all the needs of the family on a plot with such a height difference. The 3 basements and 3 sub-basements were anything but an easy solution. While, the functionality we achieved, the level of details we reached for each exterior and interior of the house but also the satisfaction of the owners covered every sad feeling from the non-implementation of the project

Design 2020 - Ongoing

Renovating a home of this magnitude is anything but a simple task. Clearly, the implications of such a project do not in any case concern the repair of minor damage to the building. The project was undertaken with the only given being the skeleton and shell of the existing house. All other elements were removed to make room for the new design that fully meet the needs and aesthetics of the new tenants.

Design 2017 - Build 2020

A 3 storey apartment building. Its central location in a main road network of the city in combination with the large size of its volume led us to the need to simplify its bulky character. We achieved this through simple geometric lines that flow along the entire building. Thus creating a discreet and smooth connection of the whole building but also a smooth connection with the simple character of the developments of the area.
